**Scythe Invaders from Afar** This expansion introduces two new factions, Albion and Togawa, allowing you to play Scythe with a maximum of 7 players instead of 5. **Does anything change on the Scythe game board, the map?** There are no changes to the map; the game board just becomes a bit fuller and busier. However, for the Polania and Crimea factions, a few rules change to give all factions equal opportunities. These are outlined in the additional manual. Keep in mind that Scythe takes an average of 25 minutes longer per additional player. **Albion Faction** The Albion Clan are highlanders (Scots) represented by Conor and his boar, Max. Clan Albion craves control over the new territories. **Togawa Faction** The Togawa Shogunate have united to manage as much of Eastern Europe as possible and keep all other factions away. The Togawa faction is represented by Akiko and her specially trained monkey named Jiro.
